it’s always a little nuts…
Halloween Night is crazy. From the second the kids get home until we finally make it out to trick or treat (the kids think the candy is going to leave without them every year) it’s a mad house, dash to the finish line to get it all done. Dinner, costume details completed, everyone with warm clothes, and a bag to keep their loot in.
If you’re in need of something simple…here’s what we do:
Dinner:
Tomato soup
Grilled Cheese sandwiches (use bat cookie cutters for extra fun)
After the loot-getting:
Hot chocolate
Semi scary movie while counting and organizing the candy
P.S. The super cute mummy glass, bats, and flower arrangement? I got the ideas at One Charming Party. You’ll love her!! Thanks, Brittany!!
It’s a fun night that goes about a mile a minute. Have fun.
