How Do I Love You? Let me count the days.

The days go fast, the weeks go fast, the years go fast. This June I will be approaching a 15 year anniversary of “when it all started” with my hubby, and it’s just crazy to me. It’s not our wedding anniversary, but to me is the date that signifies all the good that is in my life now. I just recently realized that there were some things that I used to do to show I loved him all the time before we had kids, that I had not done in years. Like a scalp massage. When he was stressed or tired, I could make it all better in about 10 minutes by simply rubbing his head. So I have made an effort to do some of those little things that represent our earlier years, and the ways I showed love. It’s been so fun to have him remember and then to see him do some of the little things he used to do for me. It brings up great memories, and a sense of that “new Love” we had when we just met.
Idea #16:
simply find a few of those simple things that you haven’t done in years that made your spouse or kids feel loved. then just surprise them with one here and there
