Compliment your family members daily and be as specific as possible. People feel much more loved when you say “I love your blue eyes and how the sparkle when you’re doing something you love” versus “you’re so cute”.

as you see your child or spouse throughout the day look for specific things you love about them (or specific things theydo) and tell them in detail why they hold a special place in your heart
